How does an Ice Cream event work?
It’s easy to plan your own Ice Cream Truck event!
- The Host schedules an event date.
- Appropriate for medium to large-size events.
- Our Truck arrives on the date for 1 hour (additional hours avail.)
- Your guests choose their Ice Cream from our extensive Truck menu (up to 60 different items).
- The Host pays for fees and ice cream at end of event (Option available for guests to pay for their ice cream individually).
Is an Ice Cream Truck too large for your event?
Our Pushcart or Hawker Bag may be right for you!
- Appropriate for very small to medium-size events/parties.
- The Host schedules an event date.
- The Host pays for fees and ice cream before the event.
- We deliver a Pushcart or Hawker Bag with pre-purchased ice cream to your event site. It may be used for the duration of your event. An umbrella and menu sign is included with a Pushcart.
- Your guests help themselves to ice cream, or the host provides a server.
- We pick up the Pushcart or Hawker Bag after the event.
